A document found online by BuzzFeed appears to be John McCain’s entire, 200-page opposition research file — or “book” — on Mitt Romney from 2008, the year they were bitter rivals. Segments of the book have been posted on RedState.com, but this the first time the document has been shared for public consumption in its entirety.

Now of course, that McCain knows Romney is just like him, you can forget all that messy stuff.

Note the “God Bless” at the end used as an emoticon to absolve the writer of their guilt? Maybe.

I note the ignorance; 40 years ago, the writer seems to be claiming, they were in some form of slavery. Or something. 140 years would be believable, but I don’t think the tip stiffer was that old.

So MLK Day was about “getting even”? That’s the way it seems.

Tips are to show appreciation for good service; not as a way of leveling some racist’s playing field. It shows the “content of character” for the giver and the receiver, or lack thereof.

If they got good service and were too damn cheap to leave a tip, just pay the bill and leave, save the finger wagging. Just don’t expect people to appreciate you as a customer.

So you know, if you’ve ever criticized Newsweek’s leftist messiah, you’re dumb. Not sure what passes for “smart” in their world, as Obama seems to be making things worse, not better. Covering for Obama on that seems pretty dumb to me.

The American people in general, and the Republican rank and file in particular, are fed up, angry, worried, and supremely frustrated. Yet they are being told, once again, that we’d better not nominate anyone who is very conservative, or that person will get clobbered in the press and repel independents. This strategy comes from a purely defensive posture, and as such, it is doomed to failure from an ideological perspective even if it succeeds electorally.

If establishment Republicans, through punditry and analysis echoed throughout the mainstream media, select a candidate who, even if he wins, will not effect the kind of serious change the American people are craving [and the Republic needs to survive - EB], these Republicans will have served only to slow the steady progression of the nation to the left, and to further estrange themselves from the American people. This estrangement could then end up pushing many conservative voters toward a third party, making even a centrist candidate a probable loser against a united left.

The GOP doesn’t seem to realize, if they blow this, we’re seriously screwed. All the perks of politics will mean squat if the economy it trashed to the point of destruction, or our enemies decide our “Peaceful overtures” are a weakness to exploit in order to destroy us. I for one don’t care if it’s BHO, Mittney, or RP that caves to terrorists, if I see my fellow countrymen and women slaughtered because of their timidity and stupidity, I’ll be insanely angry.

Seriously, what could possibly even remotely be sexy about an abortion? Has the person who typed that crap out for Planned Parenthood ever had an abortion? Or seen one? I’m sure they’d consider the gruesome after affects “sexy”.

I’ll never embed pictures of that stuff, but if you want to see how “sexy” abortions can be, check this out [most pics are graphic and disgusting].

If you seriously think abortion is sexy, you’re just too stupid for words.

I do not recall any self-righteous indignation when our Delta snipers Shugart and Gordon had their bodies dragged through Mogadishu. Neither do I recall media outrage and condemnation of our Blackwater security contractors being killed, their bodies burned, and hung from a bridge in Fallujah.

“All these over-emotional pundits and armchair quarterbacks need to chill. Does anyone remember the two Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division who were beheaded and gutted in Iraq?

“The Marines were wrong. Give them a maximum punishment under field grade level Article 15 (non-judicial punishment), place a General Officer level letter of reprimand in their personnel file, and have them in full dress uniform stand before their Battalion, each personally apologize to God, Country, and Corps videotaped and conclude by singing the full US Marine Corps Hymn without a teleprompter.

California, the leftist headquarters until Obama was elected in 2008, still hopes to juggle its excessive spending in one hand while grabbing at the income of anyone making over $93k with the other.

As usual, the Governor’s office is overestimating revenue;

A sobering assessment was released Wednesday of California’s latest proposed budget: It shows the governor’s revenue expectations are far too optimistic.

Earlier this week, the nonpartisan Legislative Analyst said the $7-billion-per-year tax hike won’t bring in as much as he thinks. He says the governor’s proposed state budget will also fall short.

As screwed up as the California budget process normally is, Governor Moonbeam is basing his revenue estimations partly on Facebook going public, “maybe”, later this year;

Complicating the equation, Taylor noted, is the challenge of predicting the tax effects of a major transaction that is expected to take place later this year: the initial stock offering of Facebook, a California company based in Palo Alto.

That offering, Taylor said, will be the largest ever and is expected to be four times larger than the 2004 initial public offering of Google, which generated $27 billion and produced a windfall of tax revenue for the state when company executives cashed in their stock options.
